There is nothing wrong with a cheap Espresso Machine if you know how to use it and get around. I’m not professional, nor this video. I just want to show people how you can make Espresso at home at very low cost. Basic Ingredient: Coffee, Milk, Chocolate Syrup. Tools: Espresso Machine (Mr.Coffee ECM250), Coffee Tamper, Homemade Can-raiser, Milk container, Shot Glass, Wet Towel. Note: 1 shot = 1.5oz (usually for 1 person) Remember: – Always use distill water (forgot to mention in video). – MUST use a coffee tamper! – Wait for water to get real hot before inserting coffee. – Clean nozzle RIGHT AWAY after steaming the milk. – Always release the pressure after used by opening the nozzle.

This is – among others, a really unpleasant behaviour of my fairly new Isomac Viper Espresso machine, which the Swedish retail dealer explains to be a normal behaviour. It flushes out steam from the water outlet after turning on the milk skimmer. – which makes it impossible to use. Look at 1.35 minutes. It also drips a lot of hot water during heat up, and after making Espresso for sevaral minutes (NOT 30 drops as the manual says, a LOT more). This is the second machine they have delivered to me with the same behaviour. So stay away from Isomac, go with Gaggia or something else!!!

i will show you how to make a stove top espresso from the beginning to end.also the best type of bean to use.after viewing part 1 go to part 2 to see the final results.. for this demo i am using coffee beans bought from the costa coffee shop (GRADE 5) WHICH ARE THE STONGEST YOU CAN GET.always grind your own beans when possible and use a very fine grind.a BURR grinder will give the best results but you can use any type of grinder as long as you make sure of a very fine grind..use your favourite beans and also experiment with different beans from other countries but for espresso always uses a stong bean(longer roasted)good luck and enjoy your coffee.just a small detail…the pot is usually sold and marketed as a espresso maker but true espresso requires at least 14 bars of pressure which cannot be achieved on a stove..i would prefer to call it a very strong cup of coffee.(thought i had better point that out because there are a lot of coffee experts about that would say the same…some people call it a MOCHA
